Kingdom Kare Inc. employs 45 full time staff, 5 part time staff, and up to 30 volunteers year round. Positions consist of executives, directors, program managers, admin support, tachers and facilitators.
Antonio Palmer
Co-Founder
Apostle Antonio Palmer is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Celebration Center and Presiding Bishop of Kingdom Alliance of Churches International where he oversees 61 churches. He has been preaching the Gospel since 1993 and planted his first church in 1995 in Annapolis, Maryland.
Apostle Palmer does extensive missionary work in several foreign countries conducting leadership conferences and assisting in humanitarian work for thousands of needy children. He helps with church planting and provides financial care to several orphanages in India and East Africa.
Apostle Palmer holds a Bachelor of Divinity and Masters in Pastoral Counseling and has been the recipient of various awards such as two Governor Citations, two County Executive Citations, and an MLK, Jr. Drum Major Award for his dedication to serving the community. He is the First Vice President of the United Black Clergy of Anne Arundel County and serves as the community representative for the Severn Intergenerational Center.

· church, Kingdom Celebration Center, has been on the forefront of the pandemic serving on average 1000+ individuals with our weekly food distribution. My church formulated a partnership with ACDS to run remote learning at four church locations in our county. We also have partnered with the AACO Health Department in COVID-19 testing sites in different churches or underserved community locations.
· lead organizer of the 1000 Men March which was a peaceful protest against racism, which I was able to bring together 26 civic organizations along with several elected officials to bring awareness to the inequities and injustices in our county and abroad.
Apostle Palmer is an entrepreneur and business owner as well as the author of four (4) life-changing books.

Barbara Palmer
President, CEO
Dr. Barbara Palmer is a speaker, pastor, coach, best-selling author, philanthropist, and award-winning business owner. She is the President & CEO of Kingdom Kare, Inc, Owner of a nationally accredited early learning center, and Owner of “I Am Barbara Palmer” a business consultation firm where she trains and teaches churches and grass roots organizations proper non-profit management. She was recently awarded a contract to serve teen mothers in Anne Arundel County who want to receive their high school diplomas and not just their GED. She has over 30 years of experience in corporate and non-profit management. Under her leadership, Kingdom Kare Inc. came in 2nd place for the American Heart Association, Small Business Accelerator out of 200 non-profits nationwide. The Chamber of Commerce recognizes Kingdom Kare Inc with the chairman’s award for community impact.
Dr. Palmer is the author of 5 books. She has received over 75 awards for her work with children, youth and families. Dr. Palmer was awarded the Michelle Obama 100 women making a difference award, and was recently honored by The Cordish Companies, Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland and the MD Washington Minority Companies Association (MWMCA) as a Black History Hero for positive influence and significant contributions made to their communities and fellow citizens. She holds a bachelor’s degree in bank finance, a bachelor’s degree in divinity, a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a master’s degree in pastoral counseling and a PhD in cultural competencies.
Most important, is her love and dedication to her husband of 30 years, Bishop Antonio M. Palmer with whom she pastors Kingdom Celebration Center in Gambrills, MD. She loves to spend time with her son Randy, Daughter in love Kimberly, and her 5 grandchildren.
KIMBERLY CURTIS
Director of Programs
As the Director of Programs, I am responsible for supporting the work of the administrative division of Kingdom Kare Inc., to include Program Management, Staff Supervision and Client Relationships. My desire is to create and nurture effective communication within the organization so that strong teams can be built for the purpose of carrying out the vision of Kingdom Kare Inc. and the programs we offer. I have been in the Early Childhood profession for 8 years and have obtained experience in business management for over 10 years. My mission as an Early Childhood Professional is to create and maintain an inviting, stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children, whereby which physical, social, cognitive and emotional development are emphasized. I strive to make a positive difference in the life of children by partnering with parents to focus on the individual needs of each child and empower them with confidence that will help them acquire a life-long love for learning. I will purpose myself to ensure that each child feels safe and secure as we develop healthy growing relationships between staff, children and parents.
Christian Andrew
Director of Operations
They say "Rome wasn't built in a day" but I guarantee it was the daily systems and intentionality that built a great empire! It is my passion to see extra-ordinary visions come to pass with processes in every seemingly ordinary day. As the Director of Operations and creative projects at Kingdom Kare Inc. it is my responsibility to oversee daily and long-term logistics, process, and Systems as well as creative projects such as expansions, renovations, and branding. Providing support to ensure Kingdom Kare Inc. Is operating as effectively and efficiently as possible is not just a job for me, but a passion. In my 10 years of experience running operations of personal brands, religious organizations, and retailing companies; I have developed an eye for detail and a desire for excellence. I can truly say with every system, every process, day-by-day, Kingdom Kare Inc. Is an empire where we educate, we empower, we employ!
Diminkga Grannum
Director of Early Childhood Education
As a parent myself, I understand that is can be difficult at times to not always be aware of what may be going on in your child's learning environment or to be unaware your child progress or specific needs. My role at Kingdom Kare Childcare Center is to promote and build relationships with families that support family well-being, strong relationships between teachers, parents and their children, and ongoing learning and development for all involved. As the Director of Parent Engagement, my goal is to build lasting and healthy partnerships between school and home for the betterment of the children in our care. I have over 15 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field. I attended Bowie State University as a Communications major and have recently been awarded into Maryland State Department of Education’s Career and Professional Development program where I will be completing classes through their four-year degree of study program to receive my degree in Early Childhood Education. I love what I do and take pride and commitment in every interaction relating to the knowledge and well-being of children and their families.
Delavago Scruggs
Director of Grants Management
Mr Delavago Scruggs has for over 20 years as a Nonprofit Executive/subject matter expert, strategic planning, programmatic guidance, grants management experience at the national, state and local level and leadership that has driven operational processes, productivity, and evidence‐based outcomes in faith and community based organizations in 34 states. As the Senior Project Director for McFarland & Associates in Silver Spring Maryland Mr. Scruggs was instrumental in the distribution of over $20 million dollars from federal and state agencies and foundations to over 100 grantees from across America, such as the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship (Bishop Paul S. Morton), The Potter’s House & MegaFest (Bishop T.D. Jakes), the Church of God in Christ (Bishop Charles Blake), the Church of God (Bishop Timothy Clarke), he AME National Church, and many more.
