Apostle Antonio Palmer (left) and his wife, Dr. Barbara Palmer were called to ministry to serve through Kingdom Celebration Center, a non-denominational church, and Kingdom Kare, Inc., a nonprofit community organization. The goal of the Kingdom Kare Teen Parent Education Program is a simple one: ensuring young parents have the chance to finish what they started.
In Odenton, there is a program teen mothers say is giving them the opportunities they need to succeed. It's the moments of bonding and feeding that Richya Jackson is thankful she's not missing as a young mother finishing high school. "But here I can get both, him being watched over and me still finishing high school," Jackson said.
